Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website or engaging Luke’s services, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure a smooth, professional experience for everyone.

Appointments & Payments

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we can make the most of your session.
  • If you’re unwell or something unexpected arises, just let Luke know as soon as possible and we’ll work together to reschedule.
  • Invoices for completed sessions are issued the following business day and are payable within 5 business days.
  • Late payments may incur a 15% fee.
  • All prices are in NZD and include GST (where applicable).

Subscriptions 

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Begin on the confirmed start date and run for one calendar month.
  • Payment is due within 5 business days of invoice.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
  • Luke will be in touch prior to renewal to confirm continuation.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Begin on the confirmed start date and run for 12 months.
  • Payment is due within 5 business days of invoice.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
  • Renewal will be discussed prior to expiry.

Travel

  • For in-person services outside the Auckland metropolitan area, travel time and associated costs may apply. These will always be agreed in advance.

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Retail Purchases

  • Luke does not act as an agent for any retail store.
  • All purchases are made directly between you and the retailer, and their terms (including returns and warranties) will apply. Luke is not responsible for the quality or performance of items purchased.

Payment Methods

  • Online banking (NZ Dollars only)

Privacy

  • Your information is handled with care and in accordance with New Zealand privacy and anti-spam legislation.
  • You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content and styling materials remain the property of Luke Bettesworth and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
